These homeowners wanted a home where they can age in place and have a functional layout for their growing family and grandchildren to come home to. Going with the black and white theme the exterior brick was painted white and new black windows were installed throughout along with a beautiful multi-slide Westeck Window system out back towards the large new covered patio.

We took the original layout and basically flipped it to allow for a bright new master bedroom and ensuite by adding 500 sq ft to the layout which now gives them 2900 sq. of very well-used space. With wide plank oak flooring throughout, a new bright kitchen and pantry with custom appliances and panel ready sub-zero fridge this home will be timeless for years to come.
