South Surrey/White Rock Family Home Renovation

 This home was done in two stages of renovation so that the home owner could spread out the costs over a 2 year period –

First phase was all focused on the inside including main floor new kitchen layout and custom cabinets by Old World,  removing walls to open up the kitchen space to the living room – new fireplace, custom wood flooring, wooden steps and a refresh of the entire floor.  

Then a year or so later they called again this time needing to add space to the house so they could stay in this beautiful area –  we built above the garage a new master and ensuite, relocating laundry room upstairs and completely redoing all of the upstairs bedrooms, then turning to the outside new rubber roof from Penfolds Roofing, along with Hardie shake exterior and new front driveway and back yard patio area to fully put this house on the map as one of the nicest on the street.
